Filippo Turconi, a young talent of the VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè team, just one month after making his debut in a Monument Classic like Milan–San Remo, achieved another significant result in the prestigious U23 race Il Palio del Recioto, finishing just off the podium. Turconi led the chasing group across the line in Negrar, behind Schrettl, Finn, and Nespoli—the latter taking a solo victory today.

This result adds to his fourth place at the Trofeo Città di San Vendemiano and his brilliant win at the Trofeo Piva. A steady progression that bodes well for the rest of the season and for his development among the professionals.
