The positive momentum continues for VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè at the Giro d’Italia. In Stage Six, from Potenza to Naples — the longest of this year’s edition at 227 km — Martin Marcellusi claimed an impressive seventh place in the sprint finish, securing his second Top10 result in this Giro and the team’s fourth overall.
Strong performance also from Filippo Fiorelli, who crossed the line in 12th place. Worth highlighting is the aggressive start by Manuele Tarozzi, who animated the early stages with an attack in the opening kilometers.
