VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè is preparing to officially kick off the new season with the Cetilar® Nutrition Training Camp, scheduled from December 7 to 12 in Viareggio. It will be a crucial week, dedicated to functional tests, medical evaluations, athletic work, and technical planning, thanks also to the support of Athletica Cetilar® Performance Center—the sports medicine, athletic training, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and mental training center owned by Pharmanutra Spa—which will assist the team in physical preparation, prevention, and performance management.

The training camp will actually begin on Thursday, December 4, when the athletes will arrive in Thiene for the first phase of medical examinations at the San Gaetano Polyclinic, which will continue on December 5 and 6. On the afternoon of December 6, the team will move to Viareggio, where Dr. Andrea Giorgi and performance manager Borja Martinez will also join the group.

In Viareggio, the core part of the Cetilar® Nutrition Training Camp will take shape, with an intense and structured program. The first two days will be dedicated to lactate tests and anthropometric analyses, essential for creating a precise physiological profile for each rider.

This will be followed by road training sessions, specific gym exercises with the Athletica Cetilar® Performance Center staff, as well as technical discussions during evening meetings.

The week will then enter a more specialized phase with VO₂ max tests and some sprint trials, essential for assessing the athletes’ responses to high-intensity efforts and for precisely planning winter preparation.

The Cetilar® Nutrition Training Camp thus becomes a key starting point: an opportunity to gather data, align objectives, and define a shared path toward the 2026 season, integrating medical, athletic, and technical expertise into a single project.
