The team VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè has selected the seven riders who will take part in the Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana, a 2.Pro category race scheduled from February 5 to 9, consisting of five stages. The first stage will be particularly crucial for the general classification, featuring a 34.4 km team time trial from Orihuela to Orihuela Playa. The following stages will be more dynamic, with various altitude challenges, while the final stage, entirely flat, will provide a key opportunity for the sprinters.

The VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè lineup is a mix of young talents and experienced riders. Among the youngest: Matteo Scalco, Luca Paletti, Alessio Martinelli, Alex Tolio, and Vicente Rojas, while the most experienced at the start will be Luca Covili and Filippo Fiorelli.

Sports director Luca Amoriello stated: “We will head to the Volta Valenciana with a competitive team, composed of young talents and experienced athletes. We have riders suited for every type of stage, and we will give our best every day, aiming to win a stage once again.”

Leading the team from the support car will be DS Luca Amoriello and Mirko Rossato.

The first stage of the Volta Valenciana will be broadcast live on Eurosport 2 from 16:05 and streamed on Discovery Plus from 15:30.
