COMUNICATO STAMPA

Another podium for Filippo Turconi, the young talent of VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè, who once again proved to be among the best. Always in the leading positions during the Torino-Biella, Turconi chose the perfect moment to join the group of attackers during the final lap of the finishing circuit. After several attempts to break away, he managed to catch the right move and fought all the way to the finish for the win. In the reduced sprint, he was narrowly beaten by Kasper Andersen, taking second place.
At the end of the race, the rider from Varese commented:“It was great, I did a good sprint, but Andersen managed to beat me. However, my legs are really good, and I’m happy with the performances I’m delivering. Of course, winning is never easy, but I believe we can still be satisfied.”
