COMUNICATO STAMPA

A double appointment awaits VF Group Bardiani CSF Faizanè this weekend between Italy and France. It starts on Saturday with a prestigious Under-23 cycling classic, the GP Capodarco, featuring two main circuits: one of 10.5 km and one of 17.7 km, with both start and finish in Capodarco di Fermo. On Sunday, it’s the Polynormande, a one-day race in the 1.1 category, starting from Avranches and finishing in Saint-Martin-de-Landelles. This will be the first race of a long French campaign, which will then continue with the Tour du Limousin, the Tour Poitou Charentes, and the Bretagne Classic.
For the GP Capodarco, lining up will be Matteo Scalco, fresh off his victory at the GP Poggiana last Sunday, along with Filippo Turconi, Mattia Stenico, Andrea Montagner, and Edward Cruz. In the team car, directing the riders, will be sports director Mirko Rossato.
Selected for the Polynormande are Lorenzo Conforti, Luca Covili, Federico Biagini, Filippo Magli, Alessio Martinelli, Vicente Rojas, and Alex Tolio. Guiding them from the team car will be sports directors Roberto Reverberi and Alessandro Donati.
The GP Capodarco will be broadcast live on the CiclismoWeb YouTube channel. The Polynormande, on the other hand, will be available via streaming on Discovery Plus from 2:30 p.m.
