Luca Colnaghi finished eighth in the final sprint of the opening stage of the Tour du Poitou Charentes. The VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè rider positioned himself at the front of the circuit, managing to take the initiative and launch an early sprint, before being overtaken only about 100 meters from the finish line. Today’s winner was Jason Tesson.
