The VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè concluded the Tour de Langkawi with another solid team performance. In the final stage from Tangkak to Kuala Lumpur, finishing in front of the iconic Petronas Towers, Enrico Zanoncello won the sprint of the chasing group, taking fifth place, while Luca Covili finished the race seventh overall in the general classification.

For VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè, the final tally includes six Top-10 finishes for Zanoncello — four of them in the Top 5 — and two riders in the Top 12 overall, with Covili and Herreño (12th).

Zanoncello said:

“I’m happy with how I finished this Tour. I felt good all week and the team supported me perfectly. We were consistent and competitive every day.”

Luca Covili added:

“It was a demanding but positive race. I found good sensations and I’m satisfied with the consistency I showed throughout all the stages.”
