COMUNICATO STAMPA

The VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè announces the signing of Marco Manenti, born in 2002, who will join the Italian Professional team starting from the 2026 season with a two-year contract running through 2027.
Originally from Treviglio (Bergamo), Manenti has been one of the leading figures on the Italian amateur scene in 2025, a season in which he achieved nine victories, making him the most successful Italian rider of the year in the Elite/Under 23 category.
Among his most notable wins are the Ponsacco Time Trial, the first stage of the Giro della Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia (Palazzolo dello Stella–Buttrio), along with several other triumphs in major national races — confirming his consistency and ability to perform across different race profiles.
Marco Manenti commented upon signing:“Turning professional is truly a dream come true. Every young rider who starts cycling dreams of this moment, and being able to experience it with a historic team like VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè, which has written important chapters in cycling history, is an emotion and an honor. I don’t see this as a finish line, but as a starting point. I want to give my best to repay the team’s trust and to grow day by day alongside my new teammates and the staff.”
Bruno Reverberi, General Manager of VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè, stated:
“We have followed Marco throughout the season and were impressed by his consistency, determination, and ability to win in different situations. His nine victories in 2025, including time trials and sprint finishes, show a high level of maturity and competitiveness. He has demonstrated seriousness and a professional attitude toward his work, and we believe that within our environment he can continue to develop and become a valuable asset for the future of the team.”
With this addition, VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè continues its tradition of developing young Italian talents, reaffirming its commitment to providing opportunities and growth for riders who have distinguished themselves in the national U23 ranks.
