Mattia Pinazzi, hailing from Parma, was the U23 European Team Pursuit Champion in 2022. A pure sprinter with a strong physical presence, he consistently won in bunch sprints as an amateur, including victories at the Circuito del Porto-Trofeo Arvedi (1.2) and the Vicenza-Bionde (NAT). In 2024, he claimed his first professional victory at the Istrian Spring Trophy, finishing ahead of Lorenzo Conforti. At the ZLM in the Netherlands, a race tailored for pure sprinters, he secured fifth place. He also finished third in the final stage of the Tour of Hainan and wrapped up the season with strong performances at the Tour de Langkawi, achieving three fourth-place finishes and two additional top-10 results (6th and 8th).
