Bio Atleta

Roman athlete, born in 2000. He won the Firenze-Empoli in his first year in the Under23 category, and in 2019 he also scored a solid 2nd place at the Trofeo Città di S. Vendemiano, behind Andrea Bagioli. In 2021, he stood out with a 3rd-place finish at the Ruota d’Oro. In 2022, his final year as an Under23, he took 3rd place at the GP Capodarco, 4th place in the second stage of the Giro d’Italia Under23, and clinched victory in the prestigious Trofeo Piva. In 2023, he showed great character, joining numerous breakaways. His long-range attack at Eschborn Frankfurt was particularly memorable, culminating in a 10th-place finish, along with 7th at the Gran Piemonte and 11th at the Memorial Pantani. At the Giro di Lombardia, he was one of the main protagonists, being the first to crest the historic Ghisallo climb together with his teammate Alex Tolio. In the 2024 season, he continued his upward trajectory with significant results. He finished 8th at the Milano-Torino, 4th at the Paris-Camembert, and took 2nd place on the second stage of the Tour of Austria, narrowly missing out on victory. He is an athlete with a strong finishing kick and can hold his own in reduced sprints.
