BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: 8TH PLACE FOR GIOVANNI CARBONI IN THE SECOND STAGE OF TOUR OF SLOVENIA. HE HIS NOW IN TOP5 IN GC
8th place for Giovanni Carboni in the second stage of the Tour of Slovenia, a fraction won and dominated by Tadej Pogacar. The rider of the #GreenTeam finishes in the chasing group, in a high-level top 10, thus also reaching the top 5 in the general classification.
Good race for Bardiani CSF Faizanè in Slovenia, with Giovanni Carboni’s eighth place at the end of the second stage of the Tour of Slovenia. First part of the race characterized by a breakaway, but the group leaves no space with the UAE men willing to make the race. On the second GPM of the day is Tadej Pocagar show. The Slovenian athlete takes off and gains over a minute over his pursuers. Behind him resisted only a dozen athletes including Giovanni Carboni who after having climbed at a good pace, fights for a good placement in a top-level top 10.
