BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: A BUSY SUNDAY WITH GENT-WEVELGEM, GP INDUSTRIA ARTIGIANATO AND TROFEO CITTÀ DI SAN VENDEMIANO.

An intense Sunday of great cycling is expected for Bardiani CSF Faizanè which will be involved on three fronts. In Belgium the World Tour appointment with Gent Wevelgem, in Italy the team will be divided between GP Industry and Handicraft, and the City of S. Vendemiano Trophy with the youth project.

On Sunday 27 March almost all the available team riders will be involved in a competition, dividing on 3 races. The line-up for Gent-Wevelgem confirmed, with only one change from what was previously formalized. Davide Gabburo who ride instead of Samuele Zoccarato already on the occasion of the E3 Saxo Bank Classic is also confirmed for this Sunday’s race alongside Sacha Modolo, Enrico Battaglin, Filippo Fiorelli, Alessandro Tonelli, Luca Colnaghi and Enrico Zanoncello.

 

GP INDUSTRIA E ARTIGIANATO

Immediately after the closure of Coppi and Bartali this Saturday, the team will move to Larciano for this Sunday’s appointment with the GP Industria e Artigianato. In the teamcar there will be Roberto Reverberi leading a very young line-up.

TROFEO CITTÀ DI SAN VENDEMIANO

Finally, the youth project continues with Sport Director Mirko Rossato who will lead the five riders selected by the team for this appointment from the teamcar. At the start Martin Marcellusi and Alex Tolio, together with the three youngest rider of the team: Iker Bonillo, Giulio Pellizzari and Alessandro Pinarello.

No chance of recovery in time for Alessio Martinelli stopped by a bronchitis that forced him to forfeit the Coppi and Bartali this week.
