BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ TEAM IS READY FOR ETOLIE DE BESSEGES.
After the 3 weeks in Spain, between training camps and competitions, part of the team moved to France where from 2 to 6 February they will ride the 5 stages of L’Etoile de Bessèges. 7 riders, with big space for the fast wheels. In the teamcar there will be the sports directors Luca Amoriello and Alessandro Donati.
A weekend of good results has just finished for Bardiani CSF Faizanè. In fact, Enrico Zanoncello in Turkey conquered his first podium of the season, finishing in 2nd position at the Megasaray GP, followed by his very young team-mate Iker Bonillo, 6th in his very first race as a pro-rider. In Spain came 5th place at the Playa de Palma Trophy for another young neo-pro, the 1999 class Luca Colnaghi, followed by his teammate Filippo Fiorelli 8th.
From 2nd to 6th February Bardiani CSF Faizanè will face the 5 stages of the Etoile de Bessèges. 7 team riders have been called up for this prestigious event which will see 9 World Tour squad at the start and as many Professional teams for what will in fact be the first stage race of the year and debut race for many big names.
Sports Directors Luca Amoriello and Alessandro Donati will lead a line-up full of fast-riders. In fact, in addition to Sacha Modolo, there will be Enrico Battaglin together with Filippo Fiorelli and Luca Colnaghi, both already in evidence in the some arrivals of the Spanish races. With them a rider always ready to attack even from a distance like Samuele Zoccarato. The line-up is completed by the two young riders born in 1999, Fabio Mazzucco and Alessandro Santaromita.
The race will be developed over 5 stages, 4 road stages and 1 time trial on the last day.
