BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: THE OFFICIAL LINE-UP FOR “IL LOMBARDIA”. 7 RIDERS FOR THE LAST WORLD TOUR RACE OF THE SEASON.
This Saturday 9th of October will toke place one of the 5 cycling monuments, with official start in Como and finish-line in Bergamo. 7 riders of the Bardiani CSF Faizanè will be ready to face this hard race with more than 4500 meters of difference in altitude.
A week of great Italian cycling will culminate in “Il Lombardia” this Saturday 9 October. The 2021 route will see the departure from Como and the finish-line in Bergamo with 6 climbs to tackle and a total altitude difference of about 4500 meters.
For the Bardiani CSF Faizanè 7 riders will be at the start, led in the teamcars by Roberto Reverberi and Alessandro Donati selected also in light of the performances in the recent autumn races and the athletic condition. The will be room for climbers with Giovanni Carboni, Luca Covili, Andrea Garosio, Daniel Savini and Alessandro Monaco. With them an all-rounder rider who has shown good condition in recent races like Davide Gabburo. The Sicilian rider Filippo Fiorelli completed the line-up.
