VF GROUP BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: ALESSANDRO TONELLI FOURTH IN THE FINAL CLASSIFICATION AT THE VOLTA VALENCIANA.

Filippo Fiorelli was part of the breakaway in this final stage. Tonelli keeps the Italian flag flying high, as the first and only Italian in the Top10 of the general classification.

Fourth place for Tonelli in the final classification at the Volta Valenciana, achieved thanks to the splendid victory in the inaugural stage in Castellon de la Plana. The Brescian rider is the first and only Italian in the Top10; he defended the fourth position tooth and nail, also thanks to the help of his teammates. The VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè team performed as absolute protagonists in the Volta Valenciana.

Alessandro Tonelli’s statements: “For the VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè, it has been a truly excellent Volta Valenciana, fourth place in the general classification, a victory, many Top10 placements, and a podium. These results give us confidence and optimism looking ahead to the next appointments.”

Roberto Reverberi, the team manager, declares: “We are satisfied with this Volta Valenciana raced as protagonists. Being in the top five in the classification in a race of this level is a very good result. We need to grow and improve even more because we have very important appointments ahead.
