BARDIANI CSF FAIZANE’: GIRO DEL VENETO, THE OFFICIAL LINEUP.
Wednesday, Oct. 12, the 85th edition of the Giro del Veneto, a race suitable for sprinters, 5 out of 6 riders from Veneto region at the start for Bardiani CSF Faizanè.
The Giro del Veneto will open the last week of races as far as the UCI calendar is concerned, along with the Serenissima Gravel and the Veneto Classic.
160km of racing, starting in Padova, at 116km of racing the transition to the final circuit in Vicenza.
There will be 7 WorldTour teams participating, in a 1.1 category race.
The chosen lineup reflects the characteristics of the route, at the start Filippo Zana, who also raced Il Lombardia last Saturday,
further motivated by the fact that he is racing “at home” being from Vicenza, as well as Enrico Battaglin, Sacha Modolo, Fabio
Mazzucco and Alex Tolio that are from Veneto Region
Alex Tolio earned his place thanks to his 170km breakaway at the Giro di Lombardia last Saturday. Filippo Fiorelli to complete
the #GreenTeam lineup.
