BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: IT ENDS TODAY THE OFFICIAL TRAINING CAMP OF BENIDORM. 1.200 KM OF RIDE, WITH 19.000 METERS OF DIFFERENCE IN ALTITUDE AND MORE THAN 40 HOURS OF TRAININGS.
The Benidorm training camp for Bardiani CSF Faizanè ends today. 10 days of trainings and preparation in view of the first seasonal meetings. Many hours of training, specific work and sports tests under the supervision of Sports Directors and coach Pino Toni.
The Bardiani CSF Faizanè training camp ends today, Saturday 22 January. 10 days of intense trainings with over 40 hours on the saddle and 1,200 km riding. There were over 19,000 meters of difference in altitude, some of which carried out with intense sports tests and specific works under the supervision of the sports directors and coach Pino Toni.
“In the 10 days of training camp we made important trainings in 7 days, thus also alternating a few days of recovery.” Coach Pino Toni explains to us “More than the km, the riders took care of the quality, increasing the intensity of the trainings. In fact, we worked on the specific intensity even with “race-simulations” both uphill and on the flat roads.”
Starting this Sunday, January 23rd, the team will start its own competitive calendar. First seasonal appointments in Spain, with the Classica Comunitat Valenciana, followed by 5 competitions in Mallorca. Wednesday the first of the appointments in the Balearics with the Trofeo Calvia, the last Sunday 30 with the Trofeo Playa de Palma. Another part of the team is preparing to leave for Turkey for the second activity.
