BARDIANI CSF FAIZANÈ: THE YOUNG RIDERS OF THE TEAM ARE READY TO FACE GIRO DELLA VALLE D’AOSTA.
From 13 to 17 July, the team's youngsters will be waiting for one of the most important appointments of the season with the Giro Ciclistico della Valle d'Aosta. There will be Alessio Martinelli recovered after his injury and the two most young riders of the team, Alessandro Pinarello and Giulio Pellizzari, together with Alex Tolio and Alessio Nieri.
From 13 to 17 July the Bardiani CSF Faizanè will be back in the race at the Giro Ciclistico della Valle d’Aosta, one of the most prestigious international races reserved to Under23 riders. It will therefore be an opportunity for the young riders of the team to accumulate experience and demonstrate their growth by confronting many of their strongest peers in the world.
Under the guidance of Sports Director Mirko Rossato there will be Alessio Martinelli at the start. Forced to forfeit due to injury at the U23 Giro, where he arrived with his peak of form, Alessio has given signs of recovery at the recent Sibiu Tour among the pros and will be ready to ride on the roads of the Giro della Valle d’Aosta. At his side there will be Alex Tolio, who performed well among the professionals at the Tour of Slovenia, where he fought for the white jersey of best youngster, finishing in second position in the special ranking reserved for young riders. The line-up is completed by Alessio Nieri and the two very young Alessandro Pinarello and Giulio Pellizzari.
