In the second stage of the Tour of Taihu Lake, covering a distance of 141 km and commencing and concluding in Kunshan, Enrico Zanoncello secured a spot on the podium. The Veronese cyclist, who had previously clinched victory in the inaugural stage, received crucial support from his teammates in the final stretch, ultimately achieving a commendable third place in today’s stage. The #greenteam sprinter maintains his lead in the overall classification and continues to don the coveted green points jersey. The victor of today’s stage was Van de Paar, who outpaced New Zealander George Jackson of Bolton Equities Black Spoke. The exceptionally young Lorenzo Conforti, born in the class of 2004, presently holds the fourth position in the general classification.
