Another stage, another sprint, Colnaghi secures a 6th place and takes the lead in the points classification. Notably, Alessio Martinelli is highlighted, as he was part of the breakaway of the day.
The fifth stage of the Presidential Tour of Turkey, from Marmaris to Bodrum, saw young Alessio Martinelli taking the spotlight. He joined the breakaway 25km from the start and covered 130km in the escape. The race concluded with a group sprint, and Colnaghi secured 6th place, consistently present in the crucial moments to contend for victory. The rider from Lecco of the #greenteam is first in the points classification with 47 points, ahead of Philipsen with 45 points.
