GREEN PROJECT BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: LINE UP. BRETAGNE CLASSIC AND GRAND PRIX DE PLOUAY.

Two races in one day for the #greenteam, Sunday, September 3 the Bretagne Classic and the Grand Prix de Plouay.

Sunday, Sept. 3, marks the date for the Bretagne Classic (1.UWT), a one-day race covering 258 kilometers, known for its highly challenging route with an elevation gain of over 4,000 meters, and it will be held in Plouay, France. Eighteen World Tour teams and six professional teams are set to participate, including the Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè.

 

On the same day, the Grand Prix de Plouay (1.2) will also take place, featuring six talented #greenteam riders. This race will be exclusively held within the city circuit of Plouay, covering a total distance of 182 km.

 

For the Bretagne Classic, the team lineup includes young sprinter Luca Colnaghi and experienced athletes such as Davide Gabburo, who achieved a second place in stage 2 of the Poitou Charentes race, and Alessandro Tonelli. Taking the spotlight in the prestigious French race is Filippo Magli, who recently celebrated his first career victory at the Muur Classic Geraardsbergen. Additionally, Riccardo Lucca and Martin Marcellusi are present, with the latter demonstrating remarkable determination in the French races in August, frequently initiating breakaways and securing the KOM jersey at the Tour du Limousin. Closing the lineup is African continental champion Henok Mulubrhan. Leading the team is Sport director Luca Amoriello.

 

The G.P. de Plouay lineup features Giulio Pellizzari, the unquestionable star of the Tour de l’Avenir, where he showcased his exceptional climbing abilities by winning the final stage and securing 2nd place in GC. Also included in the line up is Alessandro Pinarello, who participated in the Tour of the Young. Joining them are Luca Paletti, Lorenzo Conforti, Alessio Martinelli, and Matteo Scalco.
