GREEN PROJECT BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: LINE UP. COPPA BERNOCCHI E TRE VALLI VARESINE.

The Coppa Bernocchi on Monday, October 2nd, kicks off the final intense month of races for the Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè. Following that is the Tre Valli Varesine on October 3rd.

The start of the Bernocchi Cup from Parabiago, the race will come to life with the traditional Valle Olona circuit, which will be repeated seven times. In each lap, riders will face the ‘Piccolo Stelvio,’ a climb that is 1,685 meters long, with an elevation gain of 120 meters and an average gradient of 7.1%. The finish line is in the city of Legnano.

7 riders will participate in the second race of the Lombard Triptych. The #greenteam is fielding various fast wheels such as Luca Colnaghi and Filippo Fiorelli. There is also room for the young Alessandro Pinarello, who is testing himself against the big names in this final part of the season. Filippo Magli is also present, who is enjoying several successes this season and will try to make his mark with his speed. The African continental champion Henok Mulubrhan and the Roman Martin Marcellusi will be at the start. Leading the team is the experience of captain Alessandro Tonelli. Directing the team from the car are Roberto Reverberi and Alessandro Donati.

As for the Tre Valli Varesine (1.Pro), the route covers 196.5km, taking the riders from Busto Arsizio to Varese. The challenging city circuit includes the Montello climb, to be repeated a total of 8 times, which will make an impact on the riders’ legs. The second circuit, starting from kilometer 145, features the climbs of Morosolo and Casciago.

7 riders have been chosen for the Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè: making his debut in the green jersey as an intern is the Chilean Vicente Rojas. The second intern in the race is the Mexican national road champion, Edgar Cadena. Following them are: Martin Marcellusi, Alessio Martinelli, Luca Cavallo, Riccardo Lucca, and Alex Tolio.
