GREEN PROJECT BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: POSTNORD DANMARK RUNDT, STAGE ONE – 10TH IN COLNAGHI AND 14TH IN MAGLI.

A notable achievement for #greenteam's sprinter, Luca Colnaghi from the class of 1999, as he secured 10th place in the opening stage in Aalborg. His teammate Magli claimed the 14th spot.

The first stage in Aalborg was a hard-fought battle, filled with emotions, particularly in the final stages. There was a continuous exchange of attacks and counterattacks, leaving no moments of respite. The standout performers for Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè were Luca Colnaghi and Filippo Magli, who maintained their prominent positions during the sprint. Colnaghi secured a place in the Top 10 with a 10th position finish, while Magli crossed the line in 14th.

Waerenskjold’s decisive move occurred with 5 km to go. The Uno X rider seized the opportune moment to launch a sprint for victory. European champion Jakobsen set the pace for the pursuing group’s sprint, followed by Pedersen, Andresen, and Braet.

The opening stage of the Tour du Limousin concluded in France. A regrettable incident for the team was the unfortunate crash that compelled Samuele Zoccarato to withdraw; subsequently, he was transported to the hospital and is scheduled for surgery due to a fractured ulna in his left arm. As the race entered its final stretch, with 20 km remaining, Gregoire (Groupama-FDJ) executed a solo move, securing victory in the inaugural stage. Among the #greenteam members, Luca Covili claimed the highest position at 25th, followed closely by Alex Tolio in 26th place.
