GREEN PROJECT BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: THE LINEUP CHOSEN FOR THE TOUR OF SLOVENIA, JUNE 14-18.
The lineup for the #greenteam has been unveiled for the Tour of Slovenia, a 2.Pro category stage race. Seven riders have been chosen to start.
While the very young riders are busy at the Giro NextGen, the team is preparing to participate in a highly important race, namely the Tour of Slovenia (2.Pro). There will be no individual time trials, and all stages will present a variety of challenges. Two stages might interest sprinters, a couple will offer tactical opportunities, and one will be suitable for climbers. The mountain stage, which includes a double climb to the fearsome Kolovrat, will be particularly challenging. In total, there are five stages to tackle.
The Green Project Bardiani-CSF Faizanè has selected the seven riders who will take part in the race. On the starting grid, the chosen captain will be Alessandro Tonelli, who will be participating in his first race after the Giro d’Italia. Also present will be Samuele Zoccarato, followed by Alex Tolio, Alessandro Santaromita, Martin Marcellusi, Davide Gabburo, and Luca Colnaghi, who will compete in the sprints. Alessandro Donati will be directing the team from the team car.
