The brand of the BF group will join the other brand already sponsor, Ghigi, providing its products to support the riders of the Bardiani CSF Faizanè throughout the next Giro d'Italia. The products supplied to the team include pasta made with Senatore Cappelli wheat and rice from the river Po Delta.

Nutrition in sport and especially in cycling is now a key element in athletic performance. For this reason Bardiani CSF Faizanè has chosen to surround itself with high-profile partners in the food sector. In view of the most important event of the season, the Giro d’Italia, the team will be supported by the “Le Stagioni d’Italia” brand with a supply of the highest quality products, also ideal for sportspeople.

Among the products supplied there will be the Senatore Cappelli variety pastamade 100% with Italian wheat, which will be used by the riders of the Bardiani CSF Faizanè as a breakfast rich in carbohydrates three hours before each stage of the Giro d’Italia.

During the stages, rice cakes made with Le Stagioni d’Italia rice will be used, grown entirely within the river Po Delta, with nutritional and organoleptic characteristics that have led to the prestigious certification of Protected Geographical Indication. For the evenings and to facilitate sleep and post-stage recovery, special organic herbal teas with an infusion of Chamomile, Fennel, Passiflora and Artichoke will be provided.

The Le Stagioni d’Italia brand is a new entry as sponsor, joining the existing partnership with Ghigi brand, both part of the BF group.
