Good start of Bardiani CSF Faizanè at the Tour of Britain with the arrival of Glenshee Ski Center, a stage that immediately make a first selection in the group. Among the best resisted Filippo Fiorelli and Filippo Zana who respectively closed 7th and 10th in the stage, competing for the final stage victory with World Tour athletes of excellent level and obtaining a double top10 which, being the first stage, is valid also for the general classification.
Rainy day on the first stage of the Tour of Britain, which started this morning from Aberdeen and ended at Glenshee Ski Center after 181km of race. A stage characterized by a five-man breakaway kept under control by the group, pulled by the INEOS team, which on the final ascent closed on the attackers, leaving the big names to compete for the stage success. The victory goes to Corbin Strong of the Israel team in front of Omar Fraile of the INEOS team. Double top10 for Bardiani CSF Faizanè with Filippo Fiorelli and Filippo Zana, respectively 7th and 10th on the finish line, who showed a good condition also in view of the upcoming stages.
