GREEN PROJECT BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: 7 ATHLETES SELECTED FOR THE VENETO CLASSIC, THE FINAL RACE OF THE SEASON FOR THE #GREENTEAM.
On Sunday, October 15th, the Veneto Classic, a race that will effectively conclude the Italian calendar and the season for the #greenteam.
Tomorrow, in addition to the final stage of the Tour of Turkey with the grand finale in Istanbul, the Veneto Classic will take place. The race starts from Mel, in the province of Belluno, and finishes in Bassano del Grappa after 195 km. Except for a few short stretches of ups and downs, the first 85 km of the race will be mostly flat. The riders will then face the circuits of La Rosina and della Tisa, and in the final stretch, the gravel climb of Diesel Farm and Contrà Soarda.
There will be 7 riders at the start for the last event of the season. The selected riders are: Luca Covili, Filippo Fiorelli, who finished 6th at the Serenissima Gravel, then Davide Gabburo, Riccardo Lucca, Alessandro Pinarello, and Martin Marcellusi. Closing the lineup is the local favorite, Alex Tolio. Roberto Reverberi and Alessandro Donati will be leading the team from the team car.
