GREEN PROJECT BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: HENOK MULUBHRAN 4TH AT TOUR OF RWANDA, ENRICO ZANONCELLO 12TH AT THE UAE TOUR.
Henok gains one position in the general classification at the Tour du Rwanda. Two more TOP15 finishes for the #greenteam sprinters at the UAE Tour.
Sixth stage of the Tour du Rwanda, a very hard and demanding stage in terms of altitude, 4000m altitude difference, the most combative of the #greenteam was Manuele Tarozzi, who after the start joins the breakaway group with 7 riders, all fugitives were caught by the group on the last climb, except Matteo Badilatti, who arrives at the finish line with a ten second advantage. Two other riders anticipated the sprint of the peloton, Henok Mulubrhan finished 4th.
The classification remained almost unchanged, the African Continental Champion made up one place, he is now ninth 13” behind William Lecerf of Soudal Quick-Step Devo Team.
Tomorrow the Tour du Rwanda has the queen stage, 117 km from Nyamata with the finish on Mont Kigali (4.3 km at 7%), a stage that will bring some upheavals in the general classification.
UAE TOUR STAGE FIVE
