The cyclist from VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè wins both the GPMs of the day and is the leader of the climbers' classification.
In the Pesaro-Pesaro stage, the standout of the day was Manuele Tarozzi, who attacked from the early stages of the race. Tarozzi won both KOMs of the day, securing the lead in the mountain’ classification. In the finale, he launched several attacks, showing determination and character, attempting to surprise his breakaway companions. All the breakaway riders were caught 12 km from the finish.
