VF GROUP BARDIANI-CSF FAIZANÈ: THE 7 ATHLETES CHOSEN FOR THE TOUR OF THE ALPS.
There will be 5 stages to face between Trentino and Austria, from April 15th to 19th.
The VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè has chosen the 7 men for the Tour of the Alps, scheduled from April 15th to 19th. With its 13,250 meters of total elevation gain over 5 stages, it’s the race par excellence dedicated to climbers and attackers. For the athletes of the VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè, this is a very important test, which, along with upcoming commitments, will provide the first feedback in view of the awaited selection for the Giro d’Italia.
The team, led by the Reverberi family, will bring several young riders to the TOTA, among whom Giulio Pellizzari stands out, who narrowly missed a big win last year in the fourth stage, finishing on the third step of the podium. Following him is Alessandro Pinarello, participating in this race for the first time. Among the starters will also be Luca Covili and the local athlete from Rovereto, Riccardo Lucca. Rounding out the lineup are Alex Tolio, Alessio Martinelli, and the very young Matteo Scalco, born in 2004.
Leading the team from the team car are DS Alessandro Donati and Roberto Reverberi.
